Jeff, one of the things that's sorta got me freaked out a bit behind this diabetes deal is the possibility of blindness if i don't do everything what the Doc says. So, and anyway.........i think i'd actually prefere to have it (the surgery) for the distance sight if i had to choose. I'd give almost anything not to have to ware glasses and use magnification to some extent when tying. It suckx, but i deal with it. And even though i put in a LOT of time behind the wheel,....i'd still trade the glasses for that, if i could tye without them. But again, i'm one of those few (in a had to choose situation), who would rather loose his sight than his hearing too. Comprende'? mark.....

My cousin had Lasik, They told him that he had a
choice, either make his distance version perfect or do
it for is reading vision. Being a golfer, he went with
having his distance vision fixed, which would be my
guess for most folks. He just keeps readers in every
room of his house. -Jeff
