IN response to your question..yes, blood pressure medicine often makes you
tired. Depending on the kind you take, the amount of tiredness differs. Beta
blockers actually make it so that your heart can't respond to stress as it
used to and drive your blood pressure up, it's rather like having a low
grade permanent heart block. The same with ACE inhibitors, though they work
a bit differently. Chat with your doctor..he may be able to prescribe a
medicine that still controls your blood pressure without the continued heavy
