It does not have to be frozen. Just chuck it in for 20 minutes or so. Try it
for yourself on some prawns and tell me if you can spot the difference.

Reuven, evidently you haven't eaten a frozen lobster that was thawed
out, then broiled.  Soggy, mushy, and the taste is comparable to that of
hatchery trout versus wild trout.  UGH!
