I finally got a pair that don't leak. I had several pair from a well known large company. Tried four times, upgrading each time and finally got a refund. Will tell company's name off list. I got this last pair from Bass Pro. They have the attached lace up boots with felt soles.Very easy to put them on and off.I am on my third year with them and am very satisfied. The boots have a lot of support and are comfortable. No gaters needed but I still use some velcro attach gators. I paid around 125.00. Tony
