Oneonta was hit pretty hard.

Livingston Manor on the Delaware was hit extremely hard. I haven't heard
news from Roscoe but I fear for very heavy damage. Walton and Deposit were
also hit very hard.

We have had threat of thunderstorms or thunder everyday since the flooding
started. I now hear thunder with my gut rather than with only my ears.

I hope your brother is well. If he needs a place to stay he can give me a
call. I'll send you my phone # off list.

Regards

Ed
