Make one up.

Make sure you include all makes of hooks, wet and dry, and all brands of
tippets.
Remember too, that hook eyes don't follow sizing standards,
and that there are many styles of hook eyes.
And don't forget the old Orvis 'big-eye' hooks.
And remember that tippet 'X' designations aren't accurate- you'll have to
mic each one.
And remember that each tippet material differs even within one brand, like
mono vs. flourocarbon.
And don't forget knot-strength- a leader is no stronger than the knot
strength. (since you're looking for strength vs. the diameter that will fit
the eye- two different properties)
