Do you get any feedback from users regarding the use of these PDFs? I would think it just creates an obstacle as its another thing I have to download and view in a separate application... if it were me, I wouldn't want to deal with it. But maybe your target users are different. What do they think? Do they need the PDF because its like a printable newsletter? Just curious...
