Best to not embed 3gp files in a page unless its specifaclly for low- 
band users with a specific player, because you wouldnt want to limit  
the players.

If you do not embed, the file can launch in whatever player is set up  
on the platform.

I updated the Apache .htaccess file with the following MIME types  
which make it easy for most browsers to play the 3gp file with  
whatever player they have:

AddType video/3gp 3gp
AddType audio/3gp 3gp
AddType video/3gpp 3gpp
AddType audio/3gpp 3gpp
