I agree with Kitka, I still don't see that if you use a soundtrack that someone else has performed, because you are not making money from it, or shouldn't be, then a piece of music is like an advert for the copyright owner.  Nothing more than product placement such as a bottle of coke or eating a macdonalds burger.  Has anyone actually been caught using copyrighted material in Vlogs, who are just doing it for fun???
