3. Find open source videos here
http://www.archive.org/details/opensource_movies

4. Or you can just do a google search like this
+video +gnu
OR
+video +"creative commons"

+"free video"

5. If you find something you like and it's not CLEARLY in the creative
commons, then simply call or email the owner and ask permissions. If
you explain to them what you're doing and give them credit they will
likely say yes.
