Thanks. Now it works halfway. I can fit a track to the scaned map.

But how do I zoom the scanned map?
When I use the georef zoom tool the OSM and GPS track under the scaned
map is zoomed, the scaned map stays at its zoom level. If I use the
"normal" zoom tool the scaned map disapperas. I played with the mpp
parameters, but can't get the scaned map to display at a higher zoom
level.
