I started playing with this topic. As a first step, I rewrote the code to
allow many engine. I discover that both OSRM and new Google use Google
Polyline to encode the track. So I coded internal support for this and... I
discover that gpsbabel support new Google format (at least in 1.4.3).

So, I will do a minimal change to restore Google direction feature.
