Assuming, for the moment, that the problem you are trying to solve is
a valid one, I'm not sure the solution fits. If someone is not willing
to install plugins, would yet another plugin, which is really a
collection of other plugins, really help at all?

Also, which plugins would make it? This could very easily become a
very huge list. Everyone has their favorite plugin or plugins which
they use all the time.
