The ? just means that there is no recognizable system found. If there
is a known
good bootable system (for the Plus) on the HD and the terminator is
installed, it should boot.
You need a T15 torx driver. Others have reported availability at
Sears. I found a shank at a
local ACE hard ware store that I use in a bit holder.
