The Value040 is an LC slot only upgrade--not a Turbo040.  Presumably 
it has a 16 bit data interface instead of 32 bit, or whatever the LC 
slot provides.  Works in the LC, LC II, Performa 400, 405, 410, 430, 
I think.

These have full 40 MHz 68040 CPUs on them with the 256K (or is it 
128K?) cache module.   It looks like a really nice upgrade for 
machines that it doesn't make much sense to upgrade.   I expect 
(hope) I'll make my costs back on Ebay though.   I'll probably trade 
some of the parts out of (downgrade) the Value040s into some of my 
Turbo040s to get the Turbos up to full 68040s and with cache.
