Should be able to use the router with the Mac. Depending on what is required, you may get away with using MacTCP but my bet is you'll probably have to install Open Transport. If you install PC Exchange on the Mac (File Exchange in OS 8+) you don't need TransMac, just sneakernet PC floppy, Zip, SyQuest, Magneto Optical and other disks back and forth. SCSI cards and Zip 100 or 3.5" MO drives can be found cheap on eBay these days. I have a 640meg MO in my PC and a 320meg MO external for the Macs as well as a Zip 100 in my PC and an external SCSI Zip 100 for the Macs. One of the better (and cheap) PC SCSI cards is the original single bus fast SCSI II Adaptec 2940. Very nice for sharing peripherals between Mac and PC plus the ocaisional low level format when a hard drive gets so fouled up no Mac utility will do anything with it.
