I have inherited a Mac IIci at the school I work at. I don't know a lot about Macs, but I do have a G3 Beige Tower at home I play with. The IIci does not chime when I turn it on at the keyboard. The lights come on, I can hear hard drive activity, but no chime. Should it chime? What can I do to try and get it to boot? Any useful help is always appreciated. Why do I want this Mac up and running? I like working with older hardware and seeing it do more and more outside its original limitations. Thanks, Dennis
