Look for a jumper marked W1, if your IIci has the
ROM SIMM slot installed, the jumper should be close

Okay, now here is where the unfamiliarity with Macs will
raise its ugly head. There are three (I suspect to be)
NUBUS headers. These are, looking from front to rear,
on the left side of the logic board. There is something
which looks like a simm slot, which is empty, and I suspect
that is the ROM SIMM slot. Then there is something which
looks like a longer, dark brown colored, NUBUS header, which
has a card attached to it. There are also 8 sticks of RAM
in 8 SIMM slots at the front of the Logic Board. There is a
jumper on W1 and I will remove that since it seems there is no
ROM SIMM. The two daughter cards were a Network Card (10 Base2)
and what seems to be an add-on video card.

Have you tried removing and replacing the RAM?
Tried only having the RAM in Bank A? Swapped RAM
from Bank B to Bank A?

Two daughter cards? One in the cache slot and one in
a NuBus slot? What cards are they?
