Look for a jumper marked W1, if your IIci has the
ROM SIMM slot installed, the jumper should be close
to it. IIRC, W1 should NOT have a jumper installed
when there is no ROM SIMM installed.

Have you tried removing and replacing the RAM?
Tried only having the RAM in Bank A? Swapped RAM
from Bank B to Bank A?

Two daughter cards? One in the cache slot and one in
a NuBus slot? What cards are they?

It will be total Fandemonium!
