I have my local radiator shop perform this for my Bug tanks but I have done 
motorcycle tanks many times myself.  Yamaha makes a good 2 part (etch and 
sealer) product under their Yamaha parts brand.  Don't think it was overly 
expensive either.  I think I may have a bottle of the sealer still if you want 
a part number.

I understand that the people that make POR also sell a great system.
