Nuthin' special about 19.05mm wheel cylinders, that
was the standard bore through `67. In `68 it was
changed to 17.46mm...`68-up backing plates will allow
the use of 22.05mm FRONT wheel cylinders in back,
though, perhaps thats what you have.
"Wide" (`68-up) rear shoes do NOT fit properly inside
5-lug bug drums - you can squeeze them in there, but
they tend to cause "bellmouth" wear to the drums.

In some European markets bugs got 4-lug wheels and
front disk brakes in `67. Those and `67 `Ghias used
unique rear brakes with narrow shoes, 4-lug drums with
narrow friction surface yet long splines, and of
course backing plates with adjuster holes and the
correct offset for the early shoes. None of these
pieces would be on your car, but they're the only
`67-only stuff I know of.
