Bill may, I remember when we discussed this before and everyone decided that platinum plugs were "bad" for A/c vw's.
My question is did the engineering type folks at Bosch ever give any of you a reason why they turned out to run hotter in a/c vw's? And why don't they run hotter in Porsche's? So all of this goes along with a different question that may have no bearing on the original. I have a buddy with a 1995 911/993 Porsche. His plugs are the triple prong all slanted to the center bosch plugs. They look to fit my CB heads perfectly so I am wondering if you or anyone else has any comments on how they may or may not work in my vw. 1776cc Engle100 cam, megasquirt efi and turbo'd running about 10lbs of boost.
