Hello, For those using the Mac, under Tiger, there was a time when iTunes was hardly accessible. It took a few years to make it completely accessible. But still, that was when VoiceOver was first released, now there's Lion and things have come a long way. I also agree that in all reality, Apple doesn't owe us anything special. Quite honestly, I'm really pleased with what Apple has done in recent years. Just as they did on OS X, things will probably get even better for the iOS platform. It is easy to get frustrated and that's part of the human condition.
