I don't think that people need to grin and bear it so to speak.

I think that this is actually a dangerous attitude to adopt. We got access 
because it was known that we really really needed and wanted it. If we'd just 
kept on being content with what we'd had before, we'd probably still have just 
that.

Apple really wants to know about bugs, as do most companies who write apps for 
any population. The trick is to be even-handed and positive in your approach. 
By all means, make your needs known to Apple. That's what the contact info is 
for! :)

Know that you're heard. your communiqués aren't just going into the aether. :)

Follow up if you need to and relax. That's all you need do. For anyone who has 
dealt with the Voiceover team, you know that they are incredibly passionate 
people who absolutely care about accessibility.

So trust that your concerns are being heard and will be addressed as soon as 
they can. Never stop speaking about what you need and how much you really do 
need it.

it's very important so people truly do understand where you are coming from.
