I'd like to offer a suggestion.  Rather than criticizing people for complaining 
and adding to this thread, why not allow people to have their say and let it 
go.  I cannot blame someone for being frustrated if they lost access to a 
feature they had before an upgrade came out.  We're always told to upgrade the 
OS as it fixes bugs and security holes.  Yet, when we do and something is 
broken as a result and we express concerns about it, some are chastised for 
doing so.  No, Apple doesn't owe blind people access, and yes, people should 
keep writing Apple in a constructive manner.  But if people want to blow off 
steam, better they do it here than with Apple where they will likely be 
ignored.  JMO
