Hello,
Before using that trick, which has a very small chance of causing OS corruption:
1) Open the app switcher and remove the apps.
2) Turn the phone off by holding the power button until VO asks you if you want
to turn your device off. Double-tap the display to select this option. Wait
about 10 seconds. Press and hold the sleep/wake power button for 3-5 seconds to
start the turn-on sequence.
{{?#}}:) If the first two don't correct the problem, reboot the drivers by
pressing and holding the power and home buttons for 10 to 12 seconds. Release
the buttons and wait for about a minute for the phone to rebuild its driver
stacks. After doing this twice, if the problem persists, you most likely have a
hardware problem and will want to take your phone to an apple store for
professional assessment.
