Well, I just had my first phone care experience. I called the Apple Accessibility number, BTW, I find it brilliant that Apple has a dedicated Accessibility help line.
Anyway, technically, I wasn't suppose to use that number, because it wasn't a direct voiceover issue, but the guy who answered was a senior advisor, so he helped me. :) And now I have Apple Care. I kept meaning to buy it, and today worked out perfectly. I'm a pretty big Apple fan. I'll admit though, one of my biggest reservations about making the switch over to Mac was that it was a mainstream company in charge of the accessibility of my system. So far so good, *grin.* Traci Sent by Macbook Air Mail On Jun 12, 2012, at 3:24 PM, Mike Cassidy wrote: > Hi, > > I used to think that Apple did not care, Before Accessibility.
