I have the same issue as Richardd in a different state.  It appears that
they haven't paid to get map updates because for my state the map is 4 years
old at least.

Thanks Richard, I do understand better now. I'm wondering if the map source
that Navigon uses hasn't updated, which means that Navigon isn't to blame
fully, or perhaps they haven't paid the license fees to get the updated map
data, and then that is their fault. However if they are not willing to
answer a tech support questions, it's hard to know and again, comes full
circle as to why you don't recommend them.
