Glad you're having good user experiences. In April 2011 when I got my phone, at the Verizon store to activate it etc, I had to tell them how to bring up voice-over, no one knew it could be done. Made me feel a bit insecure since the phone did not have buttons. Maybe things have changed in about 15 months.
