Glad you're having good user experiences.  
In April 2011 when I got my phone, at the Verizon store to activate it etc,
I had to tell them how to bring up voice-over, no one knew it could be done.
Made me feel a bit insecure since the phone did not have buttons.  
Maybe things have changed in about 15 months.

Actually my last experience at AT&T was also pretty positive. Again, the
sales person I was talking to knew a lot about VoiceOver and was willing to
spend quite a bit of time with me letting me play around and even showing me
some things I wasn't already aware of.
