Yep, it is a very different system. First pointer, forget everything you know 
about windows and your former screen reader. 

Next, get your head wrapped around the concept of interacting. Interacting 
tightens your focus in to a specific manipulatable area. You can interact 
multiple times to work your way down layers. For me, interacting was extremely 
confusing to really figure out.

Also, Windows control is not Mac control. On Mac command structure, control, 
option, and command each have specific ways of effecting things. Command, which 
is in the same location as alt in Windows, is the key used for direct 
manipulation. So, command c copies whilst command v pastes. That said, there 
are other command key commands which directly translate from Windows alt, such 
as command tab to switch between open windows on the Mac.

I haven't committed all of the Mac commands and VO commands to memory. Instead, 
I use the touch-pad a lot.
