I'd just use the feedback page at https://www.apple.com/feedback/ I don't see anything for SIRI or Apple Music, but you could just use the form for the iPhone.

Hi Neil,
I am not registered as a developer, so the bug reporting wouldn't be available,
assuming I could figure out how to use it. Is there somewhere you can write as
a general user to ask for improvements in classical music searching? Usually, I
end up writing to Apple accessibility, because the bugs I'm complaining about
our voice over related. But this one is not.

Mary, You are right. Siri is good at finding pizza places and finding pop music
of various kinds. An aside story that is rather humorous.
The other day, I wanted to learn information about the Taj Mahal, She said, "I find
one listing for the Taj Mahal. It is a very far place from you." OK, right. I guess
you go there to get pizza. However, I just checked and now she has the right information.
My point being, that if enough people let apple know that their use of Siri to find
classical music is quite poor, perhaps it too will change. One never knows.

I have tried experimenting with Siri and classical music that I own in my
library. It is very hit and miss. I did get it to play a whole symphony once.
Other times, it doesn't think I own stuff I do own. So I think it's just a
matter that Siri doesn't get the names of the conductors composers artist
whoever. It's much better with pop

Neal,

Have you tried the pre-programmed classical stations? They might have
something. Most likely, the trouble is with copyright holders. The
large music services pay royalty rates lower than that specified by
the government. Further, orchestras likely own the copyrights not
record companies so the music services need to do deals with each of
the major orchestras.

I noted that Schazam often does not have many of the classic jazz
recordings of the mid-20th century in its database. Influential rock
artists can also be missing. The new Google Play music service does
not have any Al Kooper recordings from the 1960s and 1970s.

It seems these services are working so hard to develop their
businesses, they don't have the time, focus or energy to broaden their
catalog for diverse audiences. Many of us will still be ripping CDs
and transferring them to iPhones for the foreseeable future. I
enjoyed a Harvey Mandel album from the 1960s on the subway ride home
last week. I doubt it is on the big services. Better shovel the rap
music that people will forget in a couple of years.

Mary, I haven t spent an enormous amount of time searching for
Classical music, but it appears to me that Apple is much more into
other kinds of music. Perhaps there are a lot of classical artists
that don t bother with putting their stuff on iTunes. That wouldn t
surprise me. I am sure I will find a good many things I like, but it
will be interesting to discover if there is as much as I have found on Spotify,
and even that is limited.

I haven't tried classical music with the new iTunes, but I have
always found that within iTunes, the display of classical music, even
classical that I bought, is not very good. Maybe I am missing
something. And if you try it on Amazon prime, if you have that
service, it is horrible there too it seems nobody understands the
classical listeners like a whole piece, not a single movement

Wow! What a disappointment. Try asking Siri to play Beethoven
symphony number 5. She plays the wrong one. Try asking her for
Beethoven symphony number 9. She start somewhere half way through the
last movement and try as I might, I have not gotten her to play any symphonies
from the beginning.

OK, there is likely something I am missing here. I know I can use my
keyboard and search for things, but I thought Siri would be better at this.
She is better with other music, but not classical. What am I missing,
or is Apple so omnipotent that it things I would like to hear
whatever it decides to play for me no matter what I ask for?
