All, When I plug my Apple earpods into my phone, I get no sound except if I invoke siri.
If I remove the pods, sound returns. I backed up and restored the phone; restoring the phone stopped the issue and putting the backup on it started it again so something must be wrong, but I have no idea what or where to start with trying to fix the issue. All I hear is a bad staticky sound when inserting the pods, same with multiple sets. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you.
