This Voiceover jesture has actually been around for a while. There’s still the bug where when copying text that’s a link, VO will also copy the word link. Easy enough to delete once pasted, but still.

On some pages there's just no other way to get what you want ... In case anyone hasn't discovered this, it's useful, for example, when you have to enter a code. Once you hear just the code you want, you can then do this gesture and copy it into pasteboard (which I assume is the same as the clipboard) and paste it where required.
