Hi, Mary! Maybe not. Did you check out the new flagging feature? If I remember it well, you can flag items and filter those items by flag so you could speed up the process a bit. If you want to talk about cursing, if I redo this whole structure, and then lose it again when I sync up to iCloud, you are going to be able to hear me all the way up in Portland from here in Eugene when the cursing starts. The worst thing about this deal, aside from the loss itself, is that in order to re-create the folders, I'm going to have to go through each and every item in all items each time I want to move things into a folder. That is because when you move things into folders, they stay in all items, just like what happens with Amazon Kindle. I love how iBooks does it. Move that sucker out of books, and it's really moved. So the next time you go through your big fat books list in order to move things into another folder, you do not have to see the items you just moved previously. I actually do see the merit of an all items folder. I just wish there were something equivalent to the iBooks "books" folder. After all, this is just a matter of index pointers. It's not like they are actually having several copies of each item.
