Hi Deidre, If I want to move something up that is by default at the bottom or near the bottom I shouldn't have to move 6 other things down in order to accomplish this. I hadn't really noticed a problem before either and thought maybe the people who are having problems aren't doing clean gestures, but I just tried moving a few things around and there definitely seems to be a bug as I can reproduce what Ari has been describing.
