Hi Deidre,

If I want to move something up that is by default at the bottom or near the
bottom I shouldn't have to move 6 other things down in order to accomplish
this. I hadn't really noticed a problem before either and thought maybe the
people who are having problems aren't doing clean gestures, but I just tried
moving a few things around and there definitely seems to be a bug as I can
reproduce what Ari has been describing.

Well let's see if you had been trying to move something up why don't you try
moving the things you don't want first down. I'm sorry if you've already tried
this and this is a little redundant.
