hi all, Thank you for the help If you get a duplicate duplicate of this I apologize. I looked in my sent messages and I did not see this one. The iPhone told me the update would begin in so many seconds, and then stopped. It never rebooted after that. I connected it to the computer and try to update through iTunes, which I do have the latest version of, but iTunes said that there was a problem updating the phone. I tried several times, but each time iTunes kept saying that it was downloading software for the update but then trying to start the update process over. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. The iPhone is the only phone I have. God bless, Wren Langley
