hi Dave, and the rest of you. Thank you for all of the hints and that helps. The first way I did it was just by Wi-Fi. When it wouldn't come back on after an hour, that is when I tried connecting it to iTunes on the computer hoping that I could fix it that way. God bless, Wren Langley
