I agree! This used to be so simple! Now, I usually end up using the JAWS cursor to download the books. If you read the entire screen, it will say something like "Download". I had to use the jaws cursor to hover the pointer over this and hope the menu opened up under it, press the down arrow, and hit enter. Very hard to download now! I did notice that it was easier in internet explorer than it was in mozilla firefox, though - if that helps any.
