I do believe the next model will just improve on the iPhone 5 features. I like the idea of the faster processor and some of the other hardware changes, but I suspect next year there will be additional improvements. ALso this is the first year Apple has used some new methods of production and I'll be really curious how this works out. I'm very impressed with what Apple has done with the iPhone 5. In fact I anticipate going forward there will be changes in all of their devices that reflect the technologies used in the iPhones.
