Hi Cris If you set up another iTunes account with a new email address you need to make sure that you save all iTunes login & password information without this information you will not be able to update any of the apps that you have paid for. And if you would ever need to delete an app that you have paid for you will need the old iTunes login & password so you can redownload the app without having to pay for them again.
To give an instance, several updates back I had to delete my Bookshare app because for some strange reason when I updated the app I lost all of the voices I had purchased disappeared. So to avoid having to purchase the voices again I had to login to my old iTunes & redownload the voices from my old iTunes account.
