I had the braille edge 40 and found out braille cells aren’t covered under the warranty, so sent it back. I tried contacting them about a few things, and they literally *never* responded! now I have the varioultra and bahumUSA literally fixed my unit on the day before thanksgiving, gave me emails what they fixed, and sent it back, on a holiday. I had it back by the week after thanksgiving.
