In additional to all of the wonderful suggestions, I'd also suggest
exploring the screen first to find out where the app is on the screen
and where the folder is you want to move it to. I didn't do this at
first, and it was pretty frustrating exploring the screen looking for
the folder I wanted to move the app to. If you leave your finger too
long in one place then you may end up moving your app somewhere you
don't want it moved to. Also, I find moving it closer to the folder
where you eventually want it to end up is a good idea. It adds a step,
but it's easier and less frustrating to do that that to undo an
inadvertent move.
