With the Facebook app open: along the top I have camera, search, clear & messenger. The tabs along the bottom are from left to right are news feed, videos, market place, notifications & more. Tapping on any of the tabs along the bottom, the camera, search, clear & messenger remain along the top in the above order. I'm assuming that Jen's most recent update to Facebook changed to what I have described above. These changes occurred with the Facebook update on March 23rd.
