That seems rather odd. I'm guessing you already rebooted your phone?
So, when you open settings, and are on the screen that starts with your iTunes, iCloud stuff, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. there are no apps listed after the Apple default apps? Did you find this while on the phone with Apple Accessibility? If not, I'd call them back.
