That seems rather odd.

I'm guessing you already rebooted your phone?

So, when you open settings, and are on the screen that starts with your iTunes,
iCloud stuff, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. there are no apps listed after the Apple
default apps?

Did you find this while on the phone with Apple Accessibility?
If not, I'd call them back.

Good luck,
Richard

Subject: missing apps in settings

Having spent a long time on the phone with Apple accessibility because I had
too much storage on my iPhone I now find that the apps I have downloaded
from the App store are no longer in Settings. The apps are still usable on my
phone and show up in storage. Is this something to do with the latest IOS or
am I going to have to delete and reinstall the apps. With the apps not being
in settings I cannot alter anything like location being on or off etc.

I would very much appreciate your help.

Judy
