I am pretty sure this happened after my session with Apple support. We spent a lot of time on my Macbook as most of the trouble was coming from the Mac. I did notice apps seemed to be appearing on my Mac which were apps from the iphone.
I will contact Apple support tomorrow as its too late now. Thanks for your reply, will let you know what happens.
