Hi Peggy, If you go to the Health app, tap on the Medical Id tab at the very bottom right and then set up your medical Id you will have an on/off switch at the top which controls whether your Medical Id will be available from the lock screen. If you do turn this on, you first have to wake up your phone, then double tap on the unlock button, then when you are on the screen with the keypad where you enter your Pin you have a button called "Emergency Calls" at the bottom left, double tap on that and on the next screen in the exact same location at the bottom left will be the "Medical Id" button, tap it and all the information including emergency contacts with their relationship to you, name and phone numbers will be displayed. Anybody who has your phone can call any of the contacts listed here without having to unlock the phone simply by tapping on their name.
