I was at a Bible study last night and I had my phone set to no one and the screen was locked and when I left home we tested it and it worked. Well while at the study my phone rang and it was from someone in my contacts list so I don't believe I will be using this app. I will just silence the phone like I've always done. If so, those calls will come through even if you have turned do not disturb on. Are you just turning the feature on/off from settings, or have you chosen a schedule? If you have chosen a schedule, you might check and make sure the scheduled times are not ending too early. For instance, if you have it scheduled to end at 7am and you get a call at 7:30am.
