Hi, You don’t have to tap on anything once you have selected the Product channel. Hold the phone about 6 to 10 inches from the container and if the barcode is found, the app will beep and the faster it beeps, the closer you are to getting a result. You may have to move it slowly away or closer once the rapid beeping begins. Once it recognizes the code, a different sound will play and you will have the information on the screen. If you want to check for detailed information on the product, flick right a couple times with one finger after the product name and find the More Info button. If it is not dimmed, double tap and depending on the manufacturer, you may find all kinds of helpful information.
