Hi Mark, Thank you so much for the tip about holding the product at least a foot away from the camera. I did finally get it to work although I would agree with you that it takes practice and it's kind of flakey. Perhaps it's the Iphone 5S camera that makes it harder to use. I do get very good results with the short text channel but not so much with the document channel.
