I heard, that the product channel, wasn't available on the 5s, just the
iPhone 6, and above.

Hello Debbie,
It is very important that the app have permission to use your camera.
Assuming this is the case, when you have the product channel selected,
simply hold the phone with the product’s bar code in front of the device.
You may need to rotate the product until the bar code comes into view. I
recommend that you hold the product about 12 inches from the camera.
It takes practice so be patient with yourself.

Hi,
I just updated my Iphone 5S to IOS 11.1.2 and I now have the Product channel
available on the Seeing AI app. However, I can’t get it to work. Can someone
give me some pointers? It doesn’t beep or anything. I’ve tried double
tapping on the product channel and that doesn’t do anything.
